Baby Immunization Scheduler

Enter your baby's date of birth and get the vaccine due dates for the IAP and government schedules.

Please note: these dates are counted from the date of birth and are approximate. Your doctor may change them for your baby, for example after illness or if your baby was born early. Always confirm with your paediatrician or vaccination centre and carry the vaccination card. This tool is not medical advice.

Where this schedule comes from

This page covers birth to about 6 years. Later doses such as Tdap, HPV and Td are in the IAP paper. Some vaccines in the IAP list, for example influenza and chickenpox, are optional extras at private clinics and are not part of the government programme.

Common questions

Which schedule should I follow?

Follow your paediatrician. If you use a private doctor, ask whether they follow the IAP schedule. If your baby is vaccinated at a government centre, the UIP schedule applies. Many families use a mix, so tick doses off as they are given.

What if a dose is late?

A late dose usually does not mean starting again. Call your doctor or vaccination centre and they will tell you the next best date.

Why are the two schedules different?

The government programme covers vaccines chosen for the whole country. The IAP schedule is the paediatricians' recommendation and includes additional vaccines.

Does my data leave my phone?

No. The ticks and the date of birth are saved only in your own browser on this device.
